  • What is a virtual pelvic health session?
A virtual pelvic health session is an online consultation or therapy session conducted via video call. During the session, I will assess your condition, provide personalized advice, and guide you through exercises or techniques to address your pelvic health concerns.
  • How do I prepare for my first virtual session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Have a water bottle nearby. Prepare any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss. Ensure your device is charged and your internet connection is stable.
  • What equipment do I need for a virtual session?
All you need is: A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera. A stable internet connection. A private, comfortable space where you can move freely. Optional: Yoga mat, pillow, or resistance bands (if recommended).
  • How do you assess my condition without being in the same room?
I use a combination of: Detailed discussions about your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Visual assessments (e.g., observing your posture or movement). Self-assessment techniques that I guide you through. Collaboration with your healthcare providers (if needed). Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. During a virtual session, you will never be asked to show any intimate areas on camera. If needed, your therapist may verbally guide you through a self-assessment in a respectful and supportive manner. Alternatively, you can choose to perform a self-exam privately between sessions. We are here to support you in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you.
  • Can I do virtual sessions if I live outside Kuching or Sarawak?
Yes! Virtual sessions are available to anyone with an internet connection, regardless of location. This is a great option for those in remote areas or without access to pelvic health professionals.
  • What if I need hands-on treatment?
If your condition requires hands-on therapy, I will let you know during the virtual session and I also offer house call services within the Kuching area, and for other locations, arrangements can be discussed based on availability.
